I want to share my go-to St. Patty's Shamrock Shake recipe with you when you need that little bit of indulgence without the guilt! This shake should make you feel just as great as it tastes with the addition of avocado and spinach for that green hue, along with dates, mint extract and some cacao nibs! Super healthy, nutritious and just plain delicious. ENJOY!
#2 What I'm Drinking: Extra electrolytes from Ultima
I've had a lot of bloodwork done this week- 13 vials! Just making sure my hormones and everything else is functioning properly. But bloodwork often gives me a headache afterwards, and I feel the need to make extra sure I'm hydrated. I love the taste of these packets. #3 What I'm Listening to:
If you don't know me, I have 2 very active - rambunctious doggos (A German Shepherd named Bjorn and a Beagle mix named Floki). Bjorn happens to be a COVID puppy, we got him in February right before it started. Because of that, he wasn't socialized like Floki was, and has a lot of anxiety and dog aggression. We are actually starting classes with a behavior specialist for him soon, but I like Zak George a lot and follow along with his YouTube videos.... he has a really calming voice too. His videos are super helpful if you have a new puppy or are looking to help train your dog in a positive and rewarding way.

#4 What I'm Using: Mineral Fusion Ultimate Moisture Cleanser and Face Cream
I just recently ran out of both my face cream and cleanser... and wanted to make a better choice for my skin. I like using EWG's website to only buy certified products when I'm ready to make the switch (or basically I'm out of whatever I was previously using that may not have had the best chemicals in it. I am also a bargain shopper, and like to find better beauty products that won't break the bank. I think these definitely fit that bill!

Think all products are safe? Think again.
Most products on the market today are made with chemicals that were introduced several decades ago. #5 What I'm Using: Plant People Double Strength Mind and Body drops

#6 What I'm Eating: Eatology Paleo Zone Meals
I shared this two weeks ago, but wanted to express my love for this company again. I feel amazing and energized and I know that I'm getting nutritious meals every day. Here's a few photos of my favorite meals which you can check out on my Insta and FB feeds as well. Although I do like cooking somtimes, between working my 9-5 and Coaching on the side - sometimes I just have no time. Using Eatology's meal service makes it easy for me. I pull the meals I want out of the freezer the night before and pop then in the oven (or microwave) when I'm ready to re-fuel. This also allows me to use my free-time for me and getting my daily exercise in!
